HABIB offers Premium Delivery Service and Collect in Showroom for all e-Store orders with a total order value of RM4,500 and above.

Delivery Options

  • Premium Delivery Service
    Personal doorstep delivery by our representative. Our Customer Service team will reach out to you via WhatsApp to confirm the delivery details.
  • Collect in HABIB Showroom
    Collect your order at your preferred HABIB showroom. Our Customer Service team will reach out you via WhatsApp to confirm the collection details.

For collection at a HABIB showroom, please take note of the following:

  1. Once your order is ready for collection, our Customer Service team will contact you to arrange the pickup.
  2. Orders must be collected by the registered customer only. Our showroom sales advisor will verify the order receipt against the customer’s National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) for security purposes.
  3. If the order is to be collected by a third party, the customer must notify our Customer Service team in advance via WhatsApp. An Indemnity Form will be provided for completion. Upon collection, our showroom sales advisor will verify all submitted details.
  4. Upon successful identity verification, both the customer (or authorised representative) and the sales advisor are required to sign the collection form.

Orders must be collected within [7–14 days]  from the date of notification, failing which HABIB reserves the right to cancel the order or impose storage/handling charges.
