GEMS talents will be required to embark on 4 learning tracks out of 6 subject to prior career discussion and approval.
HOW TO QUALIFY FOR GEMS
A Bachelor's Degree in any discpline
with a minimum CGPA of 3.5
Recent graduate with less than 2 years
of full-time working experience
Confident personality with strong analytical and leadership skills
Excellent oral and writing communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to work independently
and as part of a team
Creative and resourceful personality
with a growth mindset
Active involvement in extra co-curricular
activities and projects
Social media savvy with proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office and other software
will be an added advantage

It provides candidates with high-level business exposure through personalized job rotations across different functions as well as serves as a platform for high performing talents to express their own ideas and opinions to help drive business transformation.
Yes, all GEMS trainees will be employed under HABIB Group.
As full-time employees of HABIB Group, all GEMS talents will receive a market competitive salary with EPF and SOCSO contributions, medical benefits and the opportunity to enjoy staff discounts and other perks.
No, Graduate Trainees will not be bonded to HABIB Group upon completion of the GEMS Trainee Program.
Upon successful graduation from GEMS after 24 months and subject to a final assessment, a permanent placement and a fast-track career with the HABIB Group of Companies is assured.
